About the role
Key responsibilities include;
Design and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to create awareness and engagement of the Telair brand, products and services;
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department;
Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.;
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies;
Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels;
Advocate for the organisation to external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients;
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments, build strategic partnerships and expand market share;
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features);
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives; and
Establish, lead, develop and mentor the marketing team.
To be considered for this opportunity, your background and skill set must meet the following requirements;
Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or other relevant field;
Based in Brisbane with a willingness to perform a hybrid role (at least 3 days in the office);
Extensive experience (10+ years) in strategic marketing, including B2B marketing;
Previous experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing, managing a team of marketers;
Proven experience in creating and delivering organisation wide brand and marketing plans that generate leads;
Strong digital skill gained in a B2B context;
Outstanding project management skills;
Proven track record of leading, ideating and executing growth initiatives; and
A strong strategic brain when it comes to customer growth and retention.
