Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role—ideally in trade, manufacturing, or building supply.
* Proven ability to lead teams effectively, manage budgets responsibly, and deliver strong results.
* Strong customer focus and ability to solve problems efficiently and thoughtfully.
