Salesforce Administrator Role Overview
This is a challenging role designed for someone who loves solving problems, improving systems, and building automation that makes businesses run better.
* Support and enhance our Salesforce platform across Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Appointment Assist & other automation.
* Maintain and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and Marketing Cloud.
* Build and optimise Flows, validation rules, permission sets and page layouts.
* Support UAT, test scripts and release management via Copado.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform architecture, as well as process mapping and requirements gathering skills.
