About this Role:
* We are seeking an administrative professional to support the smooth operation of our Townsville branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage switchboard operations and assist with customer enquiries in a respectful manner.
* Maintain the main office with stationery orders and other consumables according to procedure.
* Process and invoice Purchase Orders.
* Assist with customer enquiries regarding short-term rental and coordinate fleet management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administration or office support role.
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems (experience with SAP highly regarded).
* A proactive attitude and ability to manage competing priorities.
