About the Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist at North Canberra Hospital, you'll provide expert clinical care to patients in acute wards while leading and supervising a small team, including an Allied Health Assistant. Approximately 75% of your time will be spent managing a complex clinical caseload, with the remainder focused on team leadership, student supervision, and service development. You will work within a multidisciplinary environment to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, support professional growth through education and supervision, and contribute to quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.
