Enterprise Insurance Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to lead our insurance enterprise sales efforts across the ANZ region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance and growth in the insurance market by owning key performance indicators such as iARR, customer NPS, and employee engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for the insurance vertical, focusing on high-value customers and partners.
* Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet individual and collective quotas, providing strategic guidance and coaching to ensure team success.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging client opportunities to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* A proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within SaaS businesses, particularly in P&C insurance solutions or related industries.
* Deep knowledge of the insurance lifecycle, including quoting, underwriting, and claims processes, along with established relationships across the P&C insurance industry.
* Experience building, developing, and scaling enterprise insurance sales teams, with a focus on implementing structures and processes that support sustained performance.
* Previous senior leadership experience within a global matrixed organization, ideally under private equity ownership, demonstrating ability to establish and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
