We are currently seeking a highly organised Permanent Part-Time Administration Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across various departments on a part-time basis, contributing to the smooth functioning of the C.ex Group. Role is 4 days per week with potential to review towards Permanent Full Time. Renumeration falls under C.ex Group EA Level 7 $33.24ph plus super and entitlements.
Position Summary;
Preparing and finalising C.ex Coffs catering rosters to ensure appropriate staffing levels across all venue areas, while supporting cost-effective workforce planning, including the scheduling of staff training in consultation with the Training Manager.
Providing administrative and analytical support to ensure the efficient and accountable day-to-day operation of reception services, including organising and assisting with the training of new reception staff in processes and service standards.
Maintaining a high level of club and reception compliance knowledge
Ensuring C.ex Coffs consistently delivers professional presentation and high standards in reception and member services.
Coordinating and administering the membership system and database to ensure accuracy and effective record management.
Prepare monthly membership reports for the board
Managing notifications relating to patron disciplinary matters, including the preparation and distribution of disciplinary documentation prior to hearings.
Responding to emails, phone calls and correspondence, in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
Upholding strict confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks across a variety of departments.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Reliable, punctual, and confidential, with a strong work ethic.
RSA/RCG qualification required or prepared to attain
