About You
To be successful in this role you will:

* Have experience with early age groups, programming and documentation

Qualifications required
* Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children's services
* First Aid and CPR certification
* Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
* Employee Working with Children Check
About the Centre
Lightning Reef ELC is a single storey 115-place centre, co-located with a primary school and maternal health rooms. Aligned with Y's philosophy, our service prides itself on fostering and enhancing children's learning through play, while also providing our community with high quality care and education.

The Centre is undergoing exciting change and will be introducing new models with a greater educator to child ratio to help meet the diverse needs of our community and best support the successful applicants.
With significant School Readiness Funding, we support our educators in providing exceptional education and care.
Lightning Reef Centre is open from 6.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
