About the Opportunity:
The Leisure Travel Distribution team is responsible for managing relationships with our distribution partners for our leisure travel products. This role will be involved in developing the productive partnership with Aa key client to drive sales of consumer travel insurance products.
This will be a 6 month maximum term contract.
In this role, you will:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with representatives and their authorised travel agents.
? Drive travel insurance sales by managing the relationship and influencing growth through data-driven insights.
? Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions to identify and support the implementation of growth opportunities.
? Decision making and problem solving by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives and propose quality solutions.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising workload with strong organisation skills.
? Prepare and present regular performance reports to management and partners.
? Develop and communicate data-driven marketing strategies to boost sales.
? Bringing growth mindset and positive attitude to the role and business
? With excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skill
? Ability to analyse sales data and drive performance improvement
? Supporting various teams to enhance the product suite and drive growth.
? Be a self-motivated, results-oriented team member
About You:
As our preferred candidate, you will bring:
? Minimum 5 years? proven experience in relationship management or B2B/B2C sales, preferably within the travel or insurance sectors.
? Have a strong understanding of the travel industry and travel insurance products.
? Strong interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to form meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships.
? Have demonstrated experience in a similar role
? Hold a Bachelor?s degree in Business Management or Marketing or a related field
? RG14 Tier 1 Personal Advice (preferred) or Tier 2 General Advice desirable
? Have strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint experience, along with Tableau dashboards
? Ability to travel as required
