About the Role
You will lead the delivery and growth of our Support at Home services, guiding clients through their aged care journey while building a strong, sustainable program.
You will:
* Lead the transition from Home Care to Support at Home
* Manage and support a dedicated team
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
* Oversee service delivery, quality, and compliance
* Drive business growth through referrals and local engagement
About You
You are a motivated leader who enjoys working independently and building something meaningful.
You bring:
* Experience in Home Care or community aged care
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Confidence working with stakeholders and the community
* Understanding of aged care reform (highly regarded)
