High-volume payroll management is a critical function in the mining and drilling industries.
We are seeking an experienced senior payroll specialist to lead our high-volume payroll operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
This role requires the ability to manage both salaried and time & attendance employees, and to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in payroll, particularly in the mining or drilling industry, and demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll, including employee data entry, benefits administration, and tax compliance.
You will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with employees, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
