We are hiring a Senior Credit Analyst to join our team and own our loan processing department.
To begin with, you'll be packaging & processing loans end-to-end, and you'll have the freedom to enhance our processes. As we grow, you'll build your own processing team to support volume and customer experience.

$80k - $100k base + Super + Bonus + Promotion Opportunity
What You'll Be Doing (initially)
(self-employed, trusts, SMSF, guarantors, impaired credit, bridging, non-standard structures)
* Strategically comparing lender policy and appetite to achieve the best overall outcome, not just an approval
* Managing applications end-to-end through to settlement
* Communicating confidently with lenders, customers, and our team
* Taking responsibility for outcomes – finding solutions where others can't
* Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative, values-driven team environment
What We're Looking For
* A team player with the desire to grow a high-performing loan processing team
* Experienced Mortgage Broker/ Credit Analyst / Parabroker
* Making work fun, mentoring, and people leadership aren't foreign to you
* You know lender policies off by heart & find a way to make scenarios work
* You love tweaking processes and making systems efficient
