Family Intervention and Child Protection Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering therapeutic interventions, educative services, and practical support to families in need. You will work closely with children, young people, and their families to identify strengths and concerns, and develop tailored goals to address emotional and practical needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with families to assess needs and develop intervention plans
* Providing therapeutic interventions, including individual and group work, as well as family therapy
* Linking families with community resources and services to support their well-being
Qualifications and requirements for this role include:
* A degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
* At least two years' experience working therapeutically with children and their families
* Experience in child protection is essential
