About the Role
We are looking for Client Success Managers to start as soon as possible on our Customer Success Team based at our state‐of‐the‐art offices in Gregory Hills.
As a Client Success Manager, you will welcome new clients, understand their challenges, give them a free guided tour of Formitize, and answer any initial questions to help them get started.
You will play a key role in engaging with clients from day one and ensuring they receive an exceptional welcome and level of service during their initial setup.
Responsibilities
* Welcome new clients and conduct an introductory guided tour of the software.
* Understand client challenges and goals, and align product features to their needs.
* Respond to client questions and provide guidance during initial setup and exploration.
* Follow up to ensure all client expectations are met and commitments are delivered.
* Collaborate with the team to continuously improve client experience.
About You
* Positive customer service focus and genuine desire to welcome customers.
* Strong communication skills; enjoys speaking with customers via phone and virtual meetings.
* Good listener, team player, and excited about helping clients improve their businesses.
* Organized with high attention to detail, ensuring follow‐ups and promises are delivered.
* Experience using office software and applications; background in customer service, office management or customer support is advantageous.
