Head of Category Marketing & Fundraising
A key role at World Vision Australia driving fundraising revenue, growth and engagement across our core giving categories.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Child Sponsorship category and other giving products to drive sustainable growth.
* Lead category performance reviews, reporting on KPIs, market trends, and audience insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
* Develop and oversee tactical campaigns and activations that support footprint growth across Australia, particularly for Child Sponsorship acquisitions.
Who we're looking for
We are seeking someone with 10+ years of proven experience in a senior marketing role with ownership of category management, ideally within a not-for-profit or purpose-driven organization.
Requirements
* A strong track record of growing revenue through successful campaign delivery, category management and retail activations.
* Demonstrated expertise in donor acquisition, retention, and multi-channel marketing.
* Experience in developing and implementing community engagement strategies across retail, churches, schools and other local organizations.
