What You'll Be Doing
* Driving new business growth by securing new property management listings each month.
* Meeting and exceeding KPIs through proactive prospecting and warm referrals from a high-performing sales team.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in the local market.
* Working closely with 5 PMs to ensure smooth onboarding and a seamless client experience.
* Contributing to a positive, motivated culture that celebrates results and enjoys regular team events.

About You
* Highly driven and target-focused, with a track record of generating leads and closing opportunities.
* Confident in prospecting and business development within the real estate industry.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Current Real Estate Certificate / Licence OR willing to obtain.
* Team-oriented, accountable, and thrives in a collaborative, family-run environment.
