Working in the Retail Hospitality Team who oversee all general public kiosks and bars on major event days.
This position reports to the Retail Operations Manager and works alongside other Hospitality Managers within the department.

As a Hospitality Manager, you will supervise the wider Retail Hospitality team in thriving in high-pressure environments while delivering exceptional service to meet the expectations of our guests at Adelaide Oval.
What you'll be doing:
Lead, supervise, and support the Retail Hospitality Team during major events, including pre-event training and real-time guidance.
Foster a positive, engaging team culture aligned with organisational values, promoting a fun and inclusive environment across the casual Retail Hospitality team.
Maximise profitability by ensuring retail outlets are stocked and equipped to maintain an exceptional standard.
Plan and coordinate large-scale events that deliver service quality and operational control.
What you'll bring:
Excellent working knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry with a large casual workforce (experience working in stadiums is preferable).
Strong leadership skills, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple outlets simultaneously, with excellent problem-solving under pressure.
Strong knowledge of RSA, WHS and food safety compliance.
Familiarity with POS systems, stock management software and reporting tools.
