In the role you will
* Provide assistance to Mobile Bankers in the area of mobile services to ensure that the customer service experience is positive.
* Liaise with external parties on areas such as title transfers, contracts and approval letters for mortgages.
* Liaise with the Lending Operations department in relation to member loan documents and CRC Operations for account assistance.
* Proactively engage with customers to develop long lasting valued relationships built on trust, respect, loyalty and placing customers at the centre of our business.
* Follow-up with member enquiries that are received in a timely fashion to ensure members are not inconvenienced. When required, open new memberships that are referred from Mobile Bankers.
Qualifications
About you
* Retail lending experience and an inherent member focus.
* Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail.
