Ongoing Support Consultant — Inclusive Employment Australia, Logan. Part of Employment Plus in The Salvation Army, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting people with disability, injury or illness to achieve meaningful employment. This is a Logan-based role with possibilities to work across the region as required.

What you will do
- Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with participants and employers, including face-to-face, phone, and on-the-job support
- Identify barriers to ongoing employment and address them promptly to retain placements
- Monitor work placements for participants beyond 26 weeks toward monthly targets
- Collaborate with employers to understand labour needs and market participants for additional placements
- Assist with verifying and obtaining evidence of employment (e.g., payslips)
- Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome-focused, high-performance approach
About you
- Relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or related areas are desirable
- Experience in employment services with barrier management, reverse marketing, placement, and post‑placement support is highly regarded
- Solid communication with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proactive problem solving and ability to manage barriers for people living with a disability
- Performance-driven with experience meeting targets and using data to achieve outcomes
- Driver’s license required; travel throughout the region will be needed
