About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for scheduling maintenance activities while also supporting broader operational functions. You’ll work closely with our technicians, supervisors, and management team to ensure jobs are planned, resources are allocated, and operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors to allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor job progress, adjust schedules as required, and resolve conflicts or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, asset servicing, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with operations planning, reporting, and administration.
- Onboarding with recent maintenance clients & HSEQ documentation.
- Support management in implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Act as a central point of contact for scheduling queries, updates, and issue resolution.
About You
- Experience in maintenance scheduling, workforce planning, or operations coordination (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the electrical, plumbing, or construction industries (highly regarded).
- Preferably confident in simPRO, with advanced MS Suite capability.
