Key Role Functions:
There is a requirement for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the business and help drive commercial outcomes for a large-scale, high-tech Industrial Warehouse being built in the Logan catchment, and you will report directly to the Senior PM. We are looking for an experienced CA with a project portfolio extending up to $20m+, and who has a genuine passion to build and manage subcontractor relationships for best practices. The office is located in Yatala, and the site is 30 minutes from the office, and your time will be split across both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle
* Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to review and negotiate contract terms
* Assist with procurement and subcontractor engagement
* Manage project budgets and monitor financials
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
* Work closely with the project team to keep everything on track
* Prepare and submit progress claims, manage variations, and resolve any contract disputes
* Maintain accurate project records and reporting
About You:
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
* At least 3 years of experience in contracts administration within the construction sector (preferably electrical)
* A solid understanding of construction contracts, particularly in electrical/mechanical packages
* Confident negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project
* Experience with COINS construction management software highly desirable
