The Role

Wellness has become a dominant consumer value and people are taking a broader view of health; switching off, alleviating stress, increasing feel-good hormones, building mental resilience and improving sleep quality are regarded as being inextricably linked to physical health, quality of life and longevity.
Belgravia Health and Leisure Group is committed to providing high quality wellness services. We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Wellness to lead and drive the success of our wellness portfolio.
The General Manager of Wellness will oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our wellness services and wellness accommodation. This senior leadership role involves developing and implementing wellness programs, acquiring new business, leading a diverse team, and ensuring alignment with our company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and long-term success.
* Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer experiences.
* Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
* Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
* Proven experience in senior management within the wellness industry.
* Strong financial, strategic, and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
