About the Role As an Educator at Busy Bees at Belmont, you will:
* Support the delivery of play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Contribute to planning, documentation, and daily routines
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment
* Work collaboratively to uphold the National Quality Standards
* Bring initiative, creativity, and professionalism to your room each day
What You’ll Need
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Experience working with children across different age groups
* Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
* Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
* A commitment to providing high-quality education and care
