Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Port Lincoln ASO3 | Full Time Contract | Temporary (up to 31 July 2026) Multiple Positions Available Salary: $67,589 - $72,033 p.a Lead with Purpose – Team Leader, Patient Services at Port Lincoln Hospital We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader Patient Services to join the Port Lincoln Hospital. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering timely administrative and support services while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the patient services team. Reporting to the Manager of Patient Services, you will lead and supervise staff, allocate workloads, and ensure effective delivery of front-line administrative functions. You will also be responsible for record and human resource management, Freedom of Information, and other critical administrative duties that support hospital operations. Your contribution will be key in maintaining an efficient patient management system, ensuring accurate and compliant medical and general record handling, and providing a professional reception service to patients and visitors. This role may require you to work across a 24/7 roster to meet the needs of the health unit. What We're Looking For: Ability to manage, supervise and develop staff. Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems, procedures and technologies. Experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Experience in providing a confidential secretarial and clerical service. Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs. Demonstrated experience in file management and the use of administrative and data base systems including EMR. Demonstrated experience in working effectively in a team environment to achieve goals. Understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and principles.
