About the Role
The Strategic Procurement & Sourcing Manager is a newly created standalone role established to lead and mature Radlink's procurement, sourcing, and supplier governance capability. This role is central to strengthening our commercial performance, supply resilience, and operational efficiency while supporting alignment with the broader One Epiroc Australia model.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be operating at a strategic level whilst also being hands on. We're looking for somebody to drive consolidated demand, lead sourcing events and commercial negotiations and develop category strategies.
This is a full time position based in our office in Malaga with occasional travel interstate.
Skills and Experience
* 7+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, commercial procurement or supplier management.
* Qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent; experience in a technical field (communications/electrical) is advantageous.
* Strong capability across RFx processes, complex commercial negotiation and supplier engagement.
* Strong sense of commercial acumen and experience working in a matrixed project environment.
* Analytical capability with experience in spend analysis, benchmarking and total cost modelling, proficient Excel skills.
* Experience in supplier qualification, risk management, compliance frameworks and governance.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‐solving.
* Eligibility to work in Australia and a current C‐Class Driver's Licence.
