About the Role
* Plan and execute property marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
* Manage social media strategy and listing exposure
* Coordinate appointments, inspections, open homes, and auctions
* Prepare marketing collateral and project materials
* Act as the main point of contact between agents, clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* Support auction days and pre-settlement activities
* Maintain client relationships and professional communication
* Oversee scheduling, reporting, and general admin
* Monitor market trends, pricing, and property listings
About You
* Confident, organised, and self-motivated
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Professional presentation and solutions-focused mindset
* ACT Driver's Licence and reliable transport
* Previous real estate or administrative experience preferred
* Certificate of Registration preferred but not required
