The Dot to Dot Story
It began with a simple belief; we can change a child's world, so they don't need therapy.
We saw families bouncing between appointments, and therapists feeling stretched between KPI's and heart. We wanted to change that. So, we built something smaller, warmer, and more human. A place where therapy feels like connection, not correction, where both families and therapists feel heard, supported, and inspired.
We built a team that believes in the small things, the laughter during a session, the shared “aha” moment with a parent, the power of seeing a child’s confidence grow. We celebrate first words, new friendships, quiet confidence, and every little spark of progress in between. We partner with families to find the magic in everyday moments: bedtime stories, playground chats, and dinner-table jokes.
Each day, our team of passionate therapists join the dots between research and real life, between professional skill and human warmth, between where a child is today and where they can go tomorrow.
This is the heart of Dot to Dot: authentic care, practical impact, and the joy of helping children feel connected, one dot at a time.
Why is this job for you?
Joining our hybrid transdisciplinary/interdisciplinary focussed team, you will step into an environment where collaboration, excellence, and evidence‑informed practice guide everything we do. As a leader you will play an integral role in shaping a culture of learning, modelling best‑practice approaches, and fostering a supportive space where clinicians feel confident to grow and families feel empowered.
With this role you can make lasting change, improve our community and impact families and children’s lives. You will work alongside dedicated professionals united in their focus to help children develop into the people they want to be.
As a member of our leadership team, you will be encouraged to bring forward your ideas, influence service development, and quality improvement initiatives. You will have opportunities to shape standards and contribute to decision‑making. This role is designed to support your ongoing growth as a Speech Pathologist and as a leader, helping you to realise your professional potential while guiding children and families to realise theirs.

Team Testimonials
Does this sound too good to be true…?
We have regular check-ins with our team around why they love working here and how we can consistently improve. Below is some feedback from some of our team members:
Caithlin White, Speech Pathologist: “As an experienced Speech Pathologist returning to work after living abroad, I was looking to work somewhere that prioritised team values, collaboration and had emphasis on learning. D2D helped me to rebuild home after living away and I took so much learning away in many areas.
Additionally as a neurodivergent Speechie, D2D provided the flexibility I thrive in, in relation to working hours and managing my caseload as needed. If you want to work for genuinely good people who do the job for the right reasons this is a great example of holistic care for both staff and clients\"
Sheridan Billings, Occupational Therapist: “Our team and leadership staff at Dot to Dot make coming to work a joy, every single day. The investment that is put in us to grow and develop as clinicians and feel valued has been a huge contributor to that. I also appreciate the way in which Dot to Dot as a team ensures accountability and evidence based practice through our intake, assessment and reporting practices. All this is supported via supervision from our amazing senior clinicians. I feel that our families and me as a clinician - our entire Dot to Dot community - are at the forefront of everything we do here. I don't want to work anywhere else.”
