Job Opportunity

The role of a Junior Receptionist is to serve as the initial point of contact for clients, handling telephone calls and in-person interactions, while also providing administrative support.


Responsibilities

* Respond to phone calls and greet clients upon arrival
* Assist with administrative tasks including filing, archiving, and mail management
* Work collaboratively within a dynamic administration team
