Key Responsibilities Shutdown Maintenance - Preparation, presentation and implementation Align planning with labour capacity, tooling, and part availability. Coordinate breakdown responses and adjust plans to minimise downtime. Lead weekly and daily maintenance planning meetings with site stakeholders. Monitor completion of plans using Emeco Operating System (EOS) reports. Close out work orders in AMT (CMMS) and ensure data accuracy. What we're looking for Trade qualification (preferably in HME); planning/management degree is a bonus. Otherwise - Experience in this field of work. Experience with CAT, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment in a mining environment. Strong planning and scheduling background using CMMS tools (We use AMT). Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
