Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and present dishes that meet the highest standards of taste, appearance and food safety.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow in a fast‐paced environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including all equipment and storage areas.
* Support menu development, food costing and inventory control as required.
Requirements
* Trade cooking qualifications and genuine experience in a fast‐paced kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Excellent communication skills and capacity to work well under pressure.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
