This administrative position involves general responsibilities such as preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources and handling small scale projects.


Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare reports utilizing multiple software tools.
* Compile data from diverse sources and contribute to small-scale initiatives.
* Perform general office duties including word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings.
* May deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have experience working in an office environment.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
