Responsibilities:
* Oversee all farm operations, with full responsibility for activities on-site
* Lead and supervise the Leading Hand, machinery operators, employees, and contractors
* Collaborate closely with the Farm Manager on daily operations, performance, and decision-making
* Drive operational efficiency, leadership, and Workplace Health and Safety standards
* Work alongside agronomy and precision ag teams to monitor crops and maximise yield potential
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the farm, its people, and a strong team culture
* Operate farm machinery as required, including spraying, planting, spreading, and harvesting
