Customer Services Team Leader
The Skin Hospital, a centre of excellence in clinical management of skin diseases, operates two purpose-built and accredited sites in Sydney. The hospital offers over 20 specialty skin clinics and access to more than 50 dermatologists. As a registered education institution, we estimate that over 95% of NSW dermatologists have spent time training with us.
We are committed to advancing the treatment and cures for skin diseases. Our Research and Clinical Trials team is internationally recognised and at the forefront of their field.
Our Customer Services Team Leader plays a crucial role in our organisation. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
2. Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve overall customer experience
3. Maintain high standards of customer service across all touchpoints
