About the Role
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the success of our store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will contribute to the overall management and operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
* Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, offering product recommendations, and resolving any inquiries or concerns.
* Training and supervising sales associates to ensure they deliver excellent service and meet sales targets.
* Collaborating with the Store Manager to create visually appealing displays and merchandise layouts that highlight our products effectively.
* Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
* Contributing to the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
* Maintaining a safe and organised store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills and Qualifications
