On The Ball Personnel, is super excited to provide a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, to join our client, who are hugely successful in their niche and busy! They are an architecture and interior design firm, based in Queensland, Australia. They deliver architecturally designed, very high-end residential homes, with zero tolerance for compromise on quality.
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager who runs immaculate sites, demands flawless execution, and protects the brand at every stage. As the Site Manager, you will have full ownership of the day-to-day site operations, the absolute accountability for safety, quality, program, presentation and authority on site.
Your Role:
As a Site Manager, you'll be representing the brand, responsible for the daily on-site delivery of ultra-high-quality custom homes, ensuring all works are completed safely, precisely, on program, and to the client’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the client with professionalism and leadership on site
* Maintain premium, client-ready sites at all times
* Enforce WHS compliance without exception
* Deliver uncompromising quality across all trades and finishes
* Coordinate complex sequencing and specialist contractors
* Control program, identify risks early, and keep projects moving
* Act as the primary on-site contact for clients
* Drive projects to defect-free completion and handover
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Proven experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects with experience in suspended decks, concrete block work and roof top pools
* Valid White card
* QBCC Supervising License
* Valid Driver’s License
* Exceptional eye for detail and finish quality
* Decisive, organised, and accountable leadership style
