Your new role
A highly organised, friendly, and process-driven receptionist and administrator with proficiency in:
* Answering phone calls and welcoming guests
* Email correspondence
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
* Entering data into in-house systems
* General ad-hoc administration tasks
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Work autonomously
* Find proactive solutions to problems
* Contribute to organisational projects
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will set you up for success, as will:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service capabilities
* The ability to liaise professionally with multiple stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel) and other IT programs
* Data entry and general administration experience
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional time management
* Ability to anticipate needs
* Work autonomously
* Find projects to work on and be proactive with tasks
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia
