About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Accountant to join our administration team based at our head office in Yatala. This is an excellent entry‐level opportunity for an aspiring accountant who has recently completed studies in accounting. As a Graduate Accountant, you will gain practical experience in a supportive environment with exposure across a wide range of areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Bank reconciliations
* Maintain and update truck schedule for settlements
* Reconciling floorplan accounts
* Maintain asset registers
* Assist with wage processing and posting journals to the dealer management system
* Assist with month‐end management reporting
* Monthly reconciliation for various G/L accounts
* Review creditors to ensure company guidelines are followed
* Review branch cash accounts and bank locations to ensure they are within company guidelines
* Ad‐hoc data analysis
* Maintain company expense reimbursement programme
* Assist with account/admin queries from branches
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting or Bachelor of Accounting
* Customer‐focus, self‐motivation, and enthusiasm
* Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
* Strong analytical skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Ability to multitask
