They are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager to champion their most valued clients and lead our Customer Experience Team. In this pivotal role reporting directly to the Director, you will act as the primary strategic link between our major accounts and our internal technical and operations teams. Main Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Maintain a regular face-to-face call cycle with client procurement, QA, R&D, and technical teams. Strategic Account Leadership: Act as the primary contact for enquiries and escalations, resolving issues with urgency. Commercial Drive: Understand client goals to forecast demand, negotiate pricing, and execute trade terms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal R&D, applications, regulatory, and supply chain teams to align technical and commercial needs. Customer Experience Leadership: Lead the Customer Experience Team meetings to manage shortages, delays, and project timelines. Growth & Performance: Identify cross-sell opportunities within our flavour and fragrance portfolio and conduct regular account reviews. Skills & Experience Qualifications (Desirable) Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Your Experience Industry Expertise: Experience in flavours, fragrances, food ingredients, or chemical manufacturing. Technical Literacy: Comfortable with sensory profiles, applications, stability, and regulatory data. Proven Track Record: Experience negotiating commercial terms and managing complex customer issues. Collaborative Nature: Strong cross-functional teamwork across R&D, QA, and logistics. Leadership: Ready to step up as the Leader of the Customer Experience Team.
