Stivil Consulting is seeking a motivated Graduate or Junior Civil Engineer or a Designer with drafting capability in an AutoCAD environment. This role is suitable for individuals who have relevant design or drafting experience and are eager to build their skills in a consulting setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with civil design and documentation for various projects.
* Draft and prepare drawings using AutoCAD.
* Develop and review drainage layouts, technical drawings, and design sketches.
* Prepare and submit council documentation in accordance with local requirements.
* Interpret and apply local bylaws, guidelines, and design standards.
* Conduct research and extract information from online, council, and regulatory sources.
* Draft technical reports, notes, and supporting documentation.
* Communicate with internal team members and external stakeholders when required.
* Log your work hours accurately using timesheets for performance evaluation.
* Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications
(Formal civil engineering degree is not essential)

* Experience as a designer with drafting skills in an AutoCAD environment.
* Relevant civil design or drafting experience in a consulting or engineering environment.
* Knowledge of Australian Standards and local design practices (preferred).

* Understanding of drainage design principles.
* Familiarity with local bylaws or a willingness to learn.
* Strong report writing and documentation skills.
