About the opportunity
Oz Hair and Beauty is coming to WA We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in our brand new store in Rockingham .
In this role, you will be responsible for the Management of the retail store, while leading the team to deliver a high standard of service.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead, support and motivate your retail team
* Maintain your store loss prevention KPI's
* Ensure your store rosters are planned effectively
* Work with L&D on training and upskilling your team with the latest brand and product knowledge
* Oversee the store salon operation
About You
To be successful in this role, you have
* Previous experience managing an A grade retail store in the hair and or beauty industry
* Managed a retail team of 4 or more
* Strong customer service skills with great sales results or examples to share
* A naturally organised person who believes a clean, well merchandised store is the key to success
* Worked in delivering Loss Prevention KPI's, Visual Merchandising initiatives
