Job Description
As a Construction Technical Manager, you will lead and support the delivery of major infrastructure projects. You'll ensure construction is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and environmental care.
You will monitor project performance, coordinate stakeholders, resolve technical challenges on-site, and ensure compliance with contract, safety, and environmental standards. Your leadership, collaboration, and innovative approach will have a significant impact on delivering this critical regional project.
This role requires an experienced construction or engineering professional who thrives in complex project environments. They bring a collaborative approach to problem solving, strong leadership capability, and deep knowledge of infrastructure delivery and safety management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in construction delivery within water, wastewater, or similar infrastructure sectors.
* Strong understanding of WHS, environmental and quality management frameworks.
* Skilled in project scheduling and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, spreadsheets, mobile field tools).
* Confident in managing multiple projects, contract documentation, and stakeholder expectations.
* Ability to work under pressure, make informed decisions and resolve issues during construction and commissioning phases.
