Responsibilities
* Supervising daily bar operations while ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and licensing regulations
* Assisting the Manager in boosting bar performance and analysing sales and beverage costs
* Lead and inspire the bar team, providing training in mixology techniques and presentation
* Assist in managing inventive and creative cocktail menus for all outlets
* Crafting memorable moments for our guests
* Craft and curate an innovative beverage menu that reflects creativity and seasonal trends
About You
* Minimum 12 months full working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
* Certified Manager (ideally) with mixology expertise
* Rockstar bar supervisor with 1+ years of bartending in high-energy venues
* Bartending professional with 3+ years of strong bar experience
* A creative trendsetter with outstanding leadership skills, ready to inspire and motivate the team
* Hospitality aficionado, style-savvy, and a pro at launching the next big thing
* Quick-thinking and adaptable, ready to tackle any challenge with a positive attitude
* Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)
