About the Role
We have Part‐Time and Full‐Time opportunities available at our Butler location. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from Pre‐Testing, Frame Styling and Dispensing glasses. You will have a compassionate approach with the ability to build strong rapport with our customers.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary interface for customers, guiding them through the entire optical service process.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience from pre‐testing to delivery of finished spectacles.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals.
Qualifications
* Customer Service: Passion for providing an excellent customer journey and experience in a fast‐paced retail/customer service role.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.
* Team Work: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together.
* Optical Experience: Optics experience and a dispensing qualification will be highly desired though not essential. Full optical training will be provided.
* Enthusiasm: Ability to create meaningful connections and resilient nature with a passion for continuous progression.
