Join Council's Strategic Planning unit where you will provide environmental advice across Council on matters relating to ecology, native vegetation and biodiversity.

This role combines hands‑on environmental assessment, biodiversity and vegetation management advice, and collaboration with planners, engineers, developers and the community to ensure compliance with key environmental legislation. If you're passionate about protecting biodiversity while supporting smart, well‑planned growth, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful local impact.


YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT

* A commencing weekly rate of $1,615 with progression up to $1,818 dependent upon skills and experience, plus 12% superannuation
* Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35‑hour working week
