We're looking for experienced APS5 Quality Officers to join client for a full time temporary role until December 2026 — this role can be located in, Geelong VIC, Brisbane QLD, Hervey Bay QLD, Darwin NT, Surry Hills NSW, Newcastle NSW, and Wollongong NSW. You'll be pivotal in conducting quality assurance activities, supporting audit processes, and helping shape organisational policies. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support compliance and continuous improvement.
* Lead routine quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
* Support the review and development of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Assist with assessments and case studies, contributing to your team's success.
* Respond to changing priorities and support different functions as needed.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, translating technical info into clear, accessible communication.
* Manage your workload effectively, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
* Use feedback constructively to develop your skills and improve work outcomes.
About You
* Proven experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
* Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical info to varied audiences.
* Ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple priorities with initiative.
* Good judgement in resolving issues and making evidence-based decisions.
* Adaptable to change, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

* Well-organised with excellent time management skills.
* Experience or understanding of audit processes and frameworks is a plus.
* Desirable: Knowledge of NDIS legislation, policies, and guidelines; familiarity with audit standards; experience with PACE and SAP CRM platforms; understanding of NDIA planning and decision-making processes.
