La Bottega Byron Bay is currently looking for a Sales Assistant & Office Support / Secretary to join our family business.
This role involves:
* Managing communications and social media
* Handling catering enquiries
* General office and administrative support
* Creating menus, flyers, and promotional material
* Supporting the management team with day-to-day tasks
Position details:
* 4 days per week
* 2–3 hours per day
* Year-round position
* Flexible shifts (preferred Tuesday to Friday around midday)
* Weekends always off — perfect for the Byron Bay lifestyle
About you:
* Reliable and well organised
* Fluent in English
* Admin experience preferred
* Confident using Mac / Apple devices
* Italian speaking is a plus
