What You'll Do
* Manage 30–50+ client accounts as the main point of contact
* Lead client support and strategy calls
* Oversee projects, timelines, and deliverables
* Help build and manage marketing funnels and automations
* Identify and recommend upsell opportunities when appropriate
* Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
* Collaborate with internal teams via Slack

* Experience in account management or client services (agency preferred)
* Strong organization and communication skills
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Self‐motivated and able to work independently in a remote role

Compensation
$1,622 – $3,784 USD/month, based on experience
