We are seeking to recruit a talented Internal customer support specialist to join our WA support team at our Welshpool facility.
Reporting to the WA State Manager, the Internal Salesperson will be responsible for:
Servicing our vehicle dealer customer network with sales enquiries and support to help them grow the ARB component of their businesses
Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for dealer and fleet customers
Liaising with ARB corporate branches on work booked in
Coordinating fleet company orders in liaison with the head office Fleet Team, Stockists and ARB branches to ensure delivery in full on time
Coordinating stock within customer requirement, including liaison with the WADC warehouse team and stock controller
Working at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days
