About the role
This busy, diverse, and challenging role involves delivering exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their meal experience is of the highest standard.
As a Chef, you will :
* Join a passionate team dedicated to delivering excellence in food nutrition, catering to individual and diverse needs
* Create a warm and welcoming environment where residents look forward to enjoying meals together
* Contribute by preparing nutritious and healthy meals that delight our residents
You'll be a team player who :
* Is passionate about creating nutritious, healthy, and delicious food that enriches residents' lives
* Prides themselves on preparing and delivering high-quality, nutritious food in line with Estia Health standards
* Maintains high standards of food handling and hygiene, ensuring menus cater to diverse needs
* Trains and mentors kitchen staff to meet expected standards
