Sales and Service Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. This role combines customer service, retail sales, and warranty coordination.
This role can be full-time or part-time, but will involve working every Sunday from our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers with their pool and spa needs in person, over the phone, and via email
* Processing sales transactions and orders accurately and efficiently
* Coordinating service clients and scheduling requirements with the service team
* Conducting in-store water testing and providing product recommendations
* Maintaining stock levels, receiving and merchandising stock, and ensuring the store is clean and organised
* Managing warranty claims, including processing, reconciliation, and part returns (short shipments or damaged parts)
* Following up with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure all claims and registrations are processed on time
* Supporting store operations through administrative tasks and inventory management
* Providing regular updates and communication to clients regarding service or warranty progress
Requirements:
* Ability to work Sunday shifts most weekends
* Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, warranty, or sales, ideally within the pool, spa, or construction industry
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction
* Confident using point-of-sale, inventory, and scheduling software
* A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
